What is the difference between Demo and Live?
Demo uses a Binance Futures demo account and test funds. Live uses your real Binance Futures account and real funds. Choose the mode that matches the API credentials you connect.
Which Binance API permissions are required?
Enable the Futures trading permission required for your account connection. Keep withdrawals disabled and follow the permission instructions on the Binance account setup page.
How do I reset my password?
Choose Sign in, then select First login or forgot password above. Enter your registered email, set and confirm a new password, and complete the email verification step.
Will subscribing to the robot guarantee 100% profitability?
No. Profitability depends on market conditions, price behaviour and trading costs. Moonzo’s approach is informed by historical backtesting and past market performance, but these do not guarantee future results. A longer evaluation period, such as 180 days, can provide a broader view of performance across different market conditions; it does not guarantee a positive portfolio. Frequent pauses or manual changes can cause actual results to differ from backtests. You remain free to pause trading whenever your circumstances or risk limits require it.
Does Moonzo hold my deposits, and who controls my funds?
Moonzo does not operate a wallet or hold your trading deposits. Your live trading funds remain in your own Binance account; Demo mode uses test funds. Account setup requires withdrawal permission to be disabled. With that permission disabled, Moonzo’s API connection cannot withdraw your funds, but it can place trades using the trading permissions you authorise. You retain control of your Binance account and can revoke API access. Keeping funds on Binance does not make them risk-free: trading losses, liquidation and exchange or account-security risks can still affect your balance.
